Power Swing Weight Trainer Launches
If you’re a golfer looking to quickly and effectively improve your golf swing speed, power and distance, you’ll want to take a look at our Power Golf Swing Weight Trainer.
I am always on the lookout for golf swing trainers that will help golfers add more power and distance, and this one “fits the bill” completely!
It is now part of my power training routine, and I can already feel a difference in my flexibility and power.
It’s ONLY a fraction of the cost of a weighted club, and it’s the most portable of all of them!

Golf Weight Training Infuses Distance
Golfers want the silver bullet to longer drives. Golf weight training is your ticket to more distance. But the kind I’m speaking of is simple exercises done in the privacy and convenience of your home. They are actually fun to do and are really effective! The more golf-specific you can make them the faster your results will be. You’ll be bombing your driver past all your golfing buddies.
I don’t want you to think of going to the gym and lifting heavy weights. That’s too much work right? I only want you to do as much as you need, and not an ounce more to see massive improvement in your distance and accuracy. Lifting weights in your home is done by using dumbbells, an exercise ball, exercise tubing with handles and that’s it. If you get adventerous you can get a weighted medicine ball and REALLY speed up your distance output.
Either way, I’m ONLY talking about 15 minutes a day to see FAST improvement on the course! Isn’t your game worth that much? If not, you might want to think about a different recreation. Seriously though! To improve in golf takes a little bit of effort, just like anything else in life. You can’t expect improvement if you don’t put that effort in right?
Weight Training For Golfers
I just got off the golf course and was paired up with a couple of great guys…hey Dave and Terry!
Within a couple of holes…they figured out I lifted weights and started asking questions. Their initial reaction was…”weight training for golfers? I would never do that! It would kill my game!”
I just laughed and kept playing.
Well a couple of holes later…I went birdie, par, par and they started to get real curious about golf weight training. I teased them saying, it is killing my game too
and they got the point.
Needless to say…when we got done, they wanted to know my golf fitness website URL and said they were going straight home to get my golf fitness dvds.
We will see if they are all talk, but either way, I think I converted two more golfers. LOL

Weight Liftng For Golf Will Not Hurt Your Golf Swing
Weight lifting for golf may be a term that golfers used to quiver at just a couple of years ago. Not anymore thanks to Tiger, Annika, and all the professional golfers doing it.
Weight lifting for golf is not what you think. It’s not going to a gym and lifting with the “muscle-heads”; it’s not lifting heavy weights til you can’t move; and it’s not going to cause you to “lose feel” in your golf swing.
On the contrary, weight lifting for golf is dynamic exercises incorporating balance, stability, coordination, body awareness and golf swing mechanics. This type of program is actually fun because you can see the definite benefits to your golf swing as you’re doing it.
Having an end to your means is critical; and a weight lifting for golf program will give you that.
I’ve said this in this blog, and I’ll keep saying it…
A weight lifting for golf program should incorporate both strength and stretching exercises specific to golf. You will then get the best of both worlds. Improved golf specific strength and a better range of motion throughout your golf swing.
How To Implement A Golf Weight Training Program
There is a lot of confusion among golfers when it comes to a golf weight training program.
You’ve most likely heard all the pros are doing it…but you want to know what they are doing. There is no magic it to it…you just need to be consistent at what golf weight training program you choose. You get out of it what you put into it.
A golf weight training program should incorporate balance, flexibility, coordination, core work and golf swing sequence movements if it is to be successful.
