In-Home Golf Exercises And Stretches
Golfers don’t want to go to a gym. Golfers don’t even want to exercise, but most of them are realizing their bodies are falling apart rapidly. Your body swings the club, so if it’s broken your swing is broken. Make sense? With that being said, how about in-home golf exercises and stretches?
You don’t have to go to a gym and fight the crowds and embarrassment. No one wants to deal with all those young hard-bodies in there. Do you? The answer is simple, in home golf improvement programs that work! Spending 15 minutes on your body in the privacy of your own home will do wonders for your golf swing.
When I designed all my golf-specific improvement programs, I thought of you first. I wanted to make it so simple and easy, any golfer could do it…and do it privately. No driving or showering at a gym. Just throw on some comfortable clothes and have some fun.
Just think of all the time you’ll save, which is time you can put back into your game with more practice or rounds. Being efficient with your time will greatly improve your game.
Take a look at a sample in-home golf exercise below.

You don’t even have to get out of your chair for this one!

What To Look For In A Golf Training Video
Golf training videos are a dime-a-dozen. Many of them are regurgitated over an over again. There are only so many ways to explain the backswing, downswing, impact and follow through.
After that, the only thing to look for in a golf training video that will quickly help you is the physical aspect of the game.
This covers golf specific strength, flexibility, balance, stability, coordination and body awareness to name just a few.
So the kind of golf training video I’m talking about is more golf fitness related than swing mechanics related.
I have the believe that “your body dictates your golfing ability™“.
If you have swing faults and mishits, I can almost assure you, you have some physical limitation causing it.
Address these limitations and your golf swing will fall into place.
A Golf Fitness Video Is A Great Alternative
Golfers are now realizing that there is a “physical” component to optimal golf performance. This component entails participating in some sort of golf fitness program with a golf trainer or on your own via golf training book or golf fitness video.
Considering a golf fitness trainer with any experience would cost anywhere from $40 per session to up to $200. Just do the math and you’re talking hundreds and hundreds of dollars EVERY month!
I have noticed an abundance of golf fitness videos hitting the market all at once!
Since I have produced several golf fitness dvds, I wanted to see what my competition was putting out. I was very disappointed to say the least. Not one of these videos (dvds) were “plug-and-play”. What I mean is, insert it in the player and get going!
They all had way too much fluff, talking and ONLY demonstrations, not actual workouts in their entirety!
This, in my mind will only waste your time and frustrate you. If I’m not mistaken, time is very valuable to you, and wasting time is a huge annoyance correct?
Whichever golf fitness videos or dvds you purchase, make sure there is some statement on them, that says they are a complete golf exercise session. If not, keep looking!
Online Golf Lessons Really Work
Online golf lessons have become more and more popular with the growing number of golfers getting online and purchasing high speed connections. I was very skeptical at first, but then a customer of my golf training dvds sent me an email and told me exactly how he participated in this approach.
I was very impressed to say the least. Online golf lessons will never replace “one-on-one” personal lessons, but they are becoming a great alternative.
