I hope that article title got your attention! If so, I achieved my first goal of getting you to understand how easy it is to implement golf exercise into your daily lives...even in your office...
There are thousands, tens of thousands of corporate people who golf. That means they are extremely busy, and time is a valuable commodity. I'm here to show you, you can do a simple exercise or stretch right in your office, even while sitting in your chair, and see benefit on the course.
How many times have you been grinding away, then think about your game and how you can improve it? Stop right there! This is the perfect time to do a stretch like twisting around in your chair both ways...holding for 10 seconds each side.
See how easy that was?
That's one example of maximizing the time in your day. How about your actual golf swing? Next time you think about it, stand up and do 10 toe touches, then make a couple of backswings right after. Feel how lose you are? Example number two!
That's how I want you to be thinking throughout the day. Sneak in little stretches and exercises, and you'll not only feel great, but your game will be better for it!
Get some exercise tubing at your local sporting goods store. Attach it to the top of your office door. Guess what? Instantly you have a downswing strength exercise you can do! How about that for golf-specific exercise?
Do you see where I'm going with this?
You don't need to schedule in a bunch of time to see a benefit to your golf game. In fact, doing it the way I've say above keeps it fresh, spontaneous and fun!
You may have people in your office wondering what the heck you are doing, but just say you're working on your corporate wellness program, saving the company money on their medical insurance premiums. That'll keep them happy!
Exercise for your golf game can be simple, easy and very convenient. Just use a little imagination and you'll be on your way to a better game and a healthier body!
